Mr. Ali Abtidon Halane, Deputy Chairperson of the company, senior scholar with Master’s Degree (MBA) in Business Administration. Mr. Halane has a vast experience in public sector and during this journey he filled in for a senior managerial and advisory positions in the Government of the Federal Republic of Somalia. He also exercised governance and peacebuilding tasks in governmental, inter-governmental and international non-governmental institutions. The Deputy Chair of Almutcon company covered several high-level positions in ministries of the Federal Government of Somalia. He also operated as an expert and leader in humanitarian and development entities in local and international organizations for Somalia.
